Any tips on how to get gold faster when hero is grock, eudora, odette? I seem to be getting teams that are failing to get me to rank up from Master. Rarely anyone wants to kill turtle (these heroes cant kill turtle on their own) and opponents normally have 1000+ more gold than myself.

What I can see is, the opponents are getting their item builds fast, probably doing it in teams. Would be good to find more tips. Search on Reddit, but still not much details for people with random team mates.
