I think her passive works like this

You gotta do a skill first to trigger superconductor (first , second or ulti) , next you do your skills (first , second or ulti) and the damage will be amplified as long as the target is under the superconductor effect

Typical combo is 2nd>1st> ulti (do it fast while the target is under the superconductor effect to get maximum utilization of the passive )

>you typically do 2nd first instead of the 1st one is because the first skill won't get the amplified damage passive and you only need the 2nd to trigger the passive

Basic cal : 1st(400dmg) + 2nd(280dmg++) versus 2nd(280dmg) + 1st(400dmg++) (hence why people upgrade 1st skill instead of 2nd)

In case you didn't know , it is called passive , hence no active action is required ( no buttons to press )
