Kagura is good, i build cdr and magic reduction, u can basically have ulti up all the time, with that staff (forgot name) u get -30% cd each kill. Main dmg dealer is the ulti with link, the push back ulti is more to finish off enemies or support team, or even push enemy into tower.my kagura already decoration on my list
