We can provide platform(MT4) with your own company logo. You have to create your own company website and do your client account management.
Account opening and administrative work are done at your site.

Condition:

Our maximum leverage up to 100:1.
Margin level for margin call : 100%, stop out : 50%
If your client suffer loss and have a Cash call, the money settlement is done once a month. You have to pay the cash call amount to cover the loss.
Maintain margin: 20,000 USD for W/L (this is the minimal deposit you should deposit at our bank for margin maintenance).
We can provide core spread (EUR/USD at 0.0 pip) with the transaction cost of 5 USD/lot (which included clearing expenses, bridge expenses) .

MT4 fee:

MT4 One-time application fee : 10,000USD (ten thousand)
MT4 monthly fee maintenance: 3,000USD (three thousand)
MT4 deposit: 3,000USD. (three thousand)

The above fee are paid to MetaQuote for using their software (MT4 terminal). You will have to pay 16,000 USD on the first month and subsequently 3000 USD per month.

If your monthly transaction is less than 1,000 lot (one thousand lot), there will be a minimum fee of 1,500 USD (one thousand and five hundred) as transaction cost.

We can provide you 2 groups of spread condition. For example, you are taking 1 client group which wants higher commission, hence they will have higher spread. Another group of clients do not want high spread, so you have another group of spread condition which is lower.
For spread condition of which more than 2 groups, we charge $500 per group for creating the spread condition.

Conclusion:

You need to pay 36,000 USD (thirty six thousand USD) to us on the first month, and 3,000 USD/month subsequently.
If the transaction volume did not meet 1,000 lot/month, another 1,500 USD will be charged.
