i wanted to clear a bit my phone from so many pics. So i airdropped my photos and vids and also live photos to my rmbp. And then i imported the photos and vid from the Downloads Folder to Photos app at mac. But then when i tried to review the live photos on rmbp, it shows only still images only.

I kreeiiii. Because after airdropping some of the pictures, i quickly deleted it and cleared the Recently Deleted too.
Is there ANYTHING i can do to save/recover my cute live photos?? checked on icloud but i disabled my photos backup coz i use it mainly and fully occupied for my docs and work.

any help is highly appreciated
