To those already working in Indonesia, how's the pay?

I know Indonesian expats in Malaysia are doing quite well, compared to what they would've gotten if they worked in their home country. If course, the higher the position, the higher the salary, and also salary costs from company to company. Petronas would pay differently than Maxis, for example.

I am currently working on Qatar, not Indonesia... So yeah, I can consider myself an expat now. Pay is very nice, but unfortunately they didn't give me family status. So despite earning quite well, it would not be enough to spend my 3 kids to school (good school, I mean)
