If you like a living room at the back type of floor plan.. ..then I think you will appreciate the Cheria Type A  homes.
The Cheria neighbourhood has a widening back lane covered with trees all the way to the center. 
Elemen is nice too. Certain unit's living room and bedroom will have a lake view.

anyone know whats the red line going to be? will it be empty lane? grass lane? garden? jogging lane? the site plan on the developer site no say anything. or just direct face the wall?

i book somewhere in the middle back is face linear garden, then realize those units at the end end price a bit cheaper lol and back of house having no house seems like just more privacy and being so inside away means less traffic passing by
