Hi,
Sorry for the Newbie questions. How Much is the Valuers fee nowadays? I got a call from valuer charging RM 1100 for a RM 150,000.00 house I purchase in Tasik Puteri Selangor. If i refer to the previous topic the table calculate valuers fee to be about RM 550.00 Is this reasonable? or anyone can point me to a better deal? The Price I purchase are RM 135,000.00 and Loan by bank are only 90% of RM 135,000.00. |
