Bought a property under Hatten group. SnP stated 10% LAD. BUT still can't get LAD as per contract. Company didn't refuse to pay, but wanted to pay below the amount in the contract. Plse advice WHAT should I do to enforce this large company to pay up. I m only a small buyer. They are dragging until I give up to their requirement and if I engage a lawyer, it will be expensive especially court fees.
Can anyone advice avenues to resolve? Thks
