60.53.* is playable.
60.52.* is NOT playable.
jwrx, not all 60.* lines are terrible. besides, certain areas in malaysia cannot access certain IPs. before this, certain 218.* and 219.* were slow anyways.
WoW Latency is not a good indicator for lags. There's 2 scenarios :
1) 800 ms with no lag spikes : can still raid provided not too many mobs, animations, members. However, suggest to play a support role and not a main role (MT, OT, main healing are out). Questing is doable.
2) 800 ms with bad lag spikes : nearly 20-30 sec lag spikes. then back to normal 800 ms. WoW latency doesn't detect this well.
Although, yesterday Aman'Thul server crashed twice. No idea what happened. All other servers were up. Just Aman'Thul.
EDIT : Karvo, you might want to try redialing until you get a fast IP. Redial during low-peak hours. Usually 6-8 am, 6-8 pm. Any other time, it's almost impossible to get onto a good line.
