I had recently received the statement, I had found out my family member line were received some spam SMS (Ezymobile SMS / BGMMusic_WAP),
and they charged to our bill for RM4 every time. It is totally RM81 in the end of month.

Kindly help to block the number from getting to our number again.

And can you help to claim back the money from them?
We really upset to paid the money when we did not do anything for that.

If maxis didn't waive off the spam sms fee. Your best bet is complain to mcmc.
