Walao wei, i got inside news that there will be another new project near Hotel Kepong (jalan kepong petronas & BHP station) selling Rm500psf, not sure is that the same one. Kepong really Ho Sei Liao Anyway, if it is built beside Sinar Magna or Casa Magna then i think will become cheap flat as the value of Casa Magna also cheap cheap in that area. If above RM500psf i prefer to buy First Residence honestly.
