Yes, not sure how much they got the land from DBKL from this kind of joint development. It could be contra basic; no need to pay up front...

Then they will use the land to loan money from the bank to source out money... FYI, The Herz's land has been used for loan thru RHB bank..

SNP signed on 22 July 2017 but still not stamp yet... Heard that most probably in December 2017 only will get stamp... 😐 So the VP date will only start counting from the stamping date... 😪 A bit tricky on this...
