But affordable landed is about 30-50km from city like Rawang/Setia Alam/Semenyih. Give and take lo, yes you have spacious living environment but must sacrifice for travel time.
Unless you have enough budget to own a landed in prime area.

Really alot low/medium cost along the Jalan Kepong and it is very jam and packed in Kepong currently. Hopefully better after the construction of MRT finished.
Back to the side, it seem only have few piece small land on Sinar Magna surrounding?Come with Rumawip as their practice?
