General speaking is get a condo with many own staying. At least will manage better. Compare to a condo with all investors, owners never even step foot at the condo before. Worse is condo targeting student market only. In term of maintenance.

There are a few good ones. Only subsale able to know. example if you got caught (littering, vandalism) on CCTV, your pics will be posted all over the place. If you not paying maintenance fees, your access card will be deactivated. Strict security guards. etc.

That one I not sure whether is a football field or not. Yes plenty of low cost around Jalan Kepong area. But Sinar Magna is a medium cost apartment.

No matter how small the land. AK able to squeeze it out. No idea how they can get DBKL approval. Hamstead is the prove. Land so small able to build in 2 blocks of high rise.
So far there is no standalone normal AK project. All should be combo with RUMAHWIP.

What is your view sifu? Which is the best to go for?

I would say Lemanja will have many buying for own stay.
Not really aim at investors as compare to the other two projects.

heard that RUMAHWIP and normal sales sharing the sale car entrance and exit?
Is this true???

Different block but not sure the car podium area is in one piece or not? Anyone able to clarify? Like that anytime RUMAHWIP tenants able to sneak up and use the facilities.

Hmmm seems like they adjusted the size of the unit then. Hence the starting price is at 400k onwards. no more 380k.

With that, Enesta partial furnished seems to be a better choice and Lemanja also better if you aim for own staying.
