Hi. This is my first time posting photos here. I am just a college student enrolling Creative Multimedia in SEGi College. Photography is one of my hobby. I have some shots to show you guys with captions, I'm trying to make up a story in this album actually. There is also some exposure problem on my camera.

The camera I used is Canon PowerShot A410.

So, please JUDGE me. tongue.gif

First, I was there at around 15:30. Walk around but then I saw the police in a opened empty shop. I see they were all having lunch.. Sorry for the photo, it's blur and not that detail.

Any judgement? I only took fundamental photography class in college. So I only know basic things about photography.

Just make sure ur safety next time... maybe the cops not going for the elderly or leaders next time...they might go for somebody that have cameras and camcorders.... unsure.gif

Wow, I didn't support this actually it's because I know nuts about politics, I only know that I do pay toll to go to college every time my brother fetch me there. I don't drive but toll alone already enough for me to pay. sweat.gif

If the cops arrest me, do I have the rights to say that I'm making my own art? Saying that I'm just a normal guy who didn't support this but taking photos for my own collection just like how journalist do?

Thanks a lot, majority of you guys saying good coverage. Basically I'm just being brave to suck into the group of people to take the photos, lucky that no one is pushing nor blocking.

yes u can say that... it is like some sort of photojournalism (if u decide to make a story out of it), but in a casual way...from my knowledge, photographers or photojournalists are considered neutral, just as the red cross or UN in the battle field. they had this diplomatic rights that may prevent them from being a victim or harrased from either side, because they're there just t cover the story, just like you were..

But, sh*t may happen when u least expect it. Like they say, "photojournalism is not a glamor job, if u want to be glamorous, photojournalism isn't the option..."

I see. A joke, let me get arrested then I complain to the media that the police is destroying my art. icon_idea.gif

Being a musician, a classical musician. Thanks to Malaysia Boleh that every parents thinks that music won't be having any future in Malaysia. So what else? I'm very interested in art and music, which is photography and multimedia. If I can go further with photography, I need $$$ for the gears.

So, someone please offer me a scholarship of photography, I would really wanted to. wink.gif
