bought a digital cert from ts. prompt service and responsive feedback from her.

due to my own mistake, i bought the wrong one (wanted a wildcard one), seller was kind enuff to refund and so on.

Subsequently bought another correct one with wildcard. Didnt get it to work to expectation and tech support was poor.

Free installation? I didnt receive such offer wor....

But ur support team kept giving me SOP to sign the wildcard cert again which was already signed. So, i'm real lost wif their confusing direction.

Anyway, its not the free installation that i wan. i just need to submit CSRs to be signed, tats all.

YES, JUST THIS SIMPLE. I NEED TO GET CSRs SIGNED. TELL ME WHERE TO SUBMIT FOR SIGNING.

now tat, all devices cant make use of this cert, except mail server. really defeats d purpose of buying wildcard cert.

should had just buy the single server one.
