Details of the complaint :
Used stolen cheque from others to buy our goods, even though the money cleared into our account on 17th Oct 2016 but CIMB pulled out the money on 18th Oct 2016.

Same as Hong Leong Bank money into our account can pulled out after 24 hours even conman used bank transfer method.

Do not send out items after cheque being cleared, just wait for another few days then only send it out.

For bounce cheque bank charge us RM5.30 even is not our fault.

Are you selling to an individual or a company? Should not accept cheques if the guy is a first time buyer. But it also does not mean he could not abuse your trust if he dealt with you before.

We accept cash bank in only, but he forced his way out to use cheque. My main warning is do not quickly send out the items since money can pulled it back after bank in.

accepting cheque is fine. Just need to wait for 2 days for payment to clear. Then only send. This is standard practive in a lot of companies.

Bounced check the notice fee also must pay by the cheque receiver as well.

Did you send out the items once you got the cheque or waited for clearance?

Luckily we do not send the items out.
Do always remember no matter how loyal your customer is if the money not 100% clear into your bank account, do not send out the item.
If the cheque in float for a day or two also do not send it out. Wait for cooling period at least one hour after money received then only send it out like the case happened before.
