Read in few property talk from fb. Mentioning their client r currently have 10 houses eventhough they still very young. Getting positive income etc2

My question is the bank give them 90% loan on 3rd house unit onwards?

Any tips etc? It is working very well especially as per property talk one?

Currently owned only 2 townhouse bought back in 2012 and 2013.

property talk's main income is the ticket fee that u pay for it

so they must have 'something' that really impress u to pay...

'pay nothing to buy 10 properties', 'be a millionaire by 30 yrs old' , 'buy low & sell high' are some of the generally topic discussed....

Thanks for clarifications. Just need to know if they is tips for getting similar 90% loan for 3rd house onwards as per property talk info.

Guest following standard we can only get 70% loan for 3rd house. Which kinda difficult. Unless we make the 3rd house under wife name.

i dont belif in all these courses..

u need income to support your loan application eg rental, joint names, parent FD under your name, buy with sdn bhd etc
for higher loan margin, developers can always give higher discount so you dont have to fork out high downpayment
