I have my Apple Watch dropped on the floor and smack the screen.
I went to the Switch Service Center to ask for a repair but the reply is I need to purchase a new one as they do not offer any repair service.
I am looking around in Penang island but still in vain.
Anyone know where can I sent for repair with reasonable price?
Any helps and comments are welcomed.

I know VR Technologies does repair. But it is in. KL. I suggest you call Apple for your options. They will advise you on which service provider to send too.

I need to find out how much is the charges.

I have went to Apple Service Center and they can't tell me what to do except offer me one to one exchange with extra RM950 for the new one.

I hope I can get cheaper than this price.
I also look for others area like Bangkok for the similar repair, however they cost is also very high ~RM650.

If KL have this service, I can see if I can reach them by my friend, however if the cost is too high, then I plan just to put this watch into a box and leave it there forever

I have check with this VR Technologies, I think they are not able to do it as they are like Apple Service Center. The cost is also very high, RM850 which is ridiculous if you see the current Apple Watch selling price, RM899 on line.
I think the repair is uncommon and I will seek for others options.

I believe they will get a new Apple Watch exchanged for your broken one.

Maybe Low Yatt may have options of actually replacing the screen only.

Yes, there is an exchange program, however, I need to pay extra RM850 which is ridiculous as the actual price for the watch now is only RM899.

If you have the contact, it will be best else it is still a search and luck things.

Hi may we know where you purchase it?

I purchase the watch in US and I went to the service center, they said yes, it was still under warranted but that was last few month ago. But the replacement cost is ridiculous.
I asked around the repair cost is 650 to 750, still very "damn" expensive.
I guess I will keep this watch for now.

Yea sorry to hear that... normally smashing the screen is gonna cost way more compare how much you buy it...
