i called to AA pharmacy and they dont have products specifically for them.

It depends why you want to get the,. I know you have probably read chromium picolinate as an insulin sensitizer and studies have showm it helps fat loss.
But latest research shows insulin sensitizers are also fat sensitizers for this particualr case.

i've read in one of those forum. this guy uses combination of synephrine, chromium picolinate and egcg to promote fat loss.

n i thought mayb i could give it a try since i alwiz hit plateau.

hopefully it doesnt backfire on me. then with less fat in the body i have to worry lesser that what i eat will bcome fat.

He is experiencing fat loss because his diet is on point. These "supplements" add 1-2 percent difference. And seriously, picolinate. Bleh.

Synephrine kinda effective. Good appetite suppressant. Egcg, just drink green tea la haha.

i guess synephrine is more extreme than picolinate. i read that picolinate only helps a little in fat burning over a prolong use.

synephine is harder to find here tho. picolinate can be found in some products combined with other things which i duwan.

that guy said the egcg from green tea is insufficient, need to acquire from pills tho.

like lipo 6 have synephrine. i thought of using those "fat burning" ingredients only instead of taking of unnecessary substance that comes with fat burners
