sometimes its a need also. for older parents who stay on the 4th floor or 3rd floor. cant afford to climb up and down the stairs..

and other times, its for face...... 'wah so big bungalow dont have lift meh??'

u doing residential lifts? how much does one cost actually (dont need gold of course)? and maintenance is yearly?
