I have a friend who bought a house in Sabah. Had been paying house bank loan for 4 years.

However recently my friend had to move to Sarawak (long term job), so the Sabah house was left empty most of the time (still new). Friend decided to settle in Sarawak and want to sell off the house in Sabah.

Is it possible to somehow exchange the house in Sabah for the one in Sarawak (trade in / swap / exchange )?
