if you automatic one, u can download the 3.03 OE-A package auto installer. when u run it, there's 2 options for you:

1) to install 3.03 OE-A
2) to install the recovery folder thingamajig

choose option 2 lor.

you haven't converted your .wmv files? use a software like, ImTOO and convert your video files to mpeg4. then put them in the video folder.

yeah, if you have a black one it's not so noticeable. shaky only cos there is a bit of space around the buttons, make it easier to navigate and press on?

my white one also a bit shaky shaky. no worries. i think more ppl have problems with the d-pad rather.
