is the psp graphics as good as the ps2? comparatively games lik Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection?

to date which is the best graphical psp game that had made full use of it's hardware, i've seen ghost rider da other day n it's not exactly impressive whereby the ps2 version is truly superior compared to it.
