i have a ps2 at the moment. however not much new games catered for ps2 in near future. cause most of it will be developed for ps3...

am thinkin to get myself a psp instead. but i'm not sure wat's the roadmap for psp...is sony going to change some of the new ps3 games for psp?

i'm worried if i'm getting a psp and not much nice games going to be produced in near future la...

wat's ur comment?
*
i dont think ps3 games can be played on psp, the ps3 is so much more superior gaming console than psp

try a different USB port.

or if you can,use a card reader.
myself prefer card readers. smile.gif

I'm going to buy my PSP Slim next week. I still don't know which color I should pick. I like the Ceramic White one, but will it turn yellowish after some time? unsure.gif

i dont think there is a difference.. unsure.gif

but i suppose if you are afraid your battery might die during file transfer(if transfer using a psp) then use a card reader

Er.. If i update the CFW using fake MSPD.. will it cause any problem?  unsure.gif

Eg. Stop at half when updating.

But so far im using it to play game didnt have any problem.
*
It's recommended to use ori mspd when updating cfw..
Better play safe thumbup.gif

no problem.
and remember to reformat the mspd in your pc to FAT.
cos the format which the psp uses by default(FAT32) will lag a good few games during cutscenes-unbearable lag shakehead.gif

so, after you have formatted the mspd in your psp,you will have all the folders, but the mspd would be in FAT32.
take the mspd, slot it into your pc card reader, copy the folders into your pc, and reformat it again, but this time, in FAT.

a mate of mine recently did this(well,i did it for him, actually tongue.gif ) and for some reason the first few times i inserted the mspd into his psp,it didnt work rclxub.gif

so if you do this, you might need to restart the psp a few times, and reinsert the mspd a few times for it to work.

or if you are lucky,it'll be problem free like mine biggrin.gif

its the same, but bear in mind that, constantly removing and inserting the mspd back and forth, the contact pin at the surface will easier to be prone to wear and tear, have to be cautious especially if you are using a fake mspd, since their build quality isn't that good compare to genuine one cool2.gif

try this

format z: /fs:fat

where z is the drive represented by the mspd

never use quick format, as it may perform unstable in the psp

FAT32 will make the mspd slower a lot, regardless of ori or not ori
which is why I doubt, how well will the 8GB mspd (ori and fake) perform on PSP hmm.gif

if 4gb already 64kb per cluster, then 8 gb would be 128kb per cluster...thats damn alot of space wasted man.
