At night around 10Pm I was in Bernard shop for more than an hour... It just took few minutes to update the firmware... I doubt a shop selling consoles do not know how to flash them though.. I remembered once i argue with a shop in Kompleks Bukit Jambul about playing PS2 game online which they said "cannot play online la in Malaysia..." Sony already stated UMD games will ALL be region free however this does not apply to UMD movie.
