You may try broker -> neteller -> bank.

Or go to some neteller selling channel in telegram, then sell to willing buyer, you met face to face, and transfer the money. He will give you cash.

Anyone watch webinar by Mansor Sapari Day 1 - 8 @ utube, looks good....i only watched till 3 though..but from the technical knowledge i got from his webinar, i predicted the EU going down yesterday....and was correct...damn unlucky i didn't put any PO yesterday.
