people can create multiple 'demo' account, and do different kind of trades for each demo, and get different kind of mixed results for each demo, and if lucky can get one or more demo account that yields consistent profitables trades. In other words, it's possible to rig a profitable trade record from demo. They can just show you the most successful record and discard the rest.

Did you try set 'Enable maximum deviation from qouted price' to 2-3pip? Usually for emergency exit this do the trick.

AUDUSD close higher than 0.7481 based on H1 chart. I enter buy at that price, sl0.7444 tp0.7524.

i'm buying AU at 0.7394, sl0.7358 tp0.7430. I saw on H4 there's support around 0.7375, H1 as confirmation by price breakout upward. TP at nearest resistance.

closed this trade. Looks like AU want to continue go down. Currently sell AU 0.7394, sl0.7424 tp 0.7364. Lazy to post screenshot.
