learn to read the chart like a map.
banks need to buy/sell at certain levels for a couple of times.
see the reaction when hit those critical levels.

thats where u hit it it, find the most important levels (with most deepest pockets of buyers or sellers) and wait there.
when i buy, i buy with biggest buyer, when i sell with biggest seller, that gives the highest chances of winning. why ?
1. better R:R ratio
2. bigger swing (or small bounce, very fast scalp)
3. if it breaks, i hit my SL. next when it retest that level i jump in again


whatever system it is, if there is no effective filtering, your odds are just gambling or even less.

crazy drop due to italian referendum.
nowadays staying over weekend is very dangerous

whole week shitty movement due to Thursday ECB rate announcement

those interest rate related announcement better stay away 2 days before it.
sometimes they 'prepare' the movement for a few days before the real move comes.

sometimes the central bankers will "manage" (aka manipulate) them.
i observe many times their announcement will cause a big swing, usually they will shift it away to prevent that swing from breaking key levels that they dunt wanna break.

30 min is the sudden big swing, but the preparation move can lasts for 3days.

u see slow climb abnormal move before FOMC meeting or yellen speech

and usually they move the swing away from key price levels.

now all the robots are using key words to front run everything.
those CentralBankers said wrong thing within miliseconds it move 100pips.
no humans can trade like that

hedge funds spend millions to build robot.
they are basically based on 2 criteria (or edges we dont have)
1. orders (which u need to pay USD100k/monthly for actual exchange data)
2. speed (scalp momentum moves)

none of which is technical based, while FX brokers encourage robots with 5,000% gains yearly. WHY ?
because they know eventually the robot will burn the whole account because mostly technical based which is scenario based.

think of this
the market is like weather, unpredictable, different possibilities.
how can u apply rigid system to capture all ranges of scenario. how can a rigid system be flexible yet profitable to fit all different scenarios.
