hi ,
i have just start renting an apartment on june, just yesterday , my landlord informed that the rental price will be increase for this upcoming january is it normal situation? given that the agreement mentioning landlord are entitled to increase the rental price one month in advance notice? tq |

normally tenancy is for 1 year and rental should be fix during this period.
how come only 6 months can revised the rental ? u may check the tenancy agt. |
