my concern will be the automated parking, as being MY we all use to own a very min 1 car or more. try to imagine if 20-30% of the owner come out the same time & the waiting time fr u to get yr car out from the "automated car park" will take some times

location is so so but still U able to walk to KLCC "at yr own risk" bec i think it will take min 7-10min depending how fast u walk, 2-3min possible if U r Usain Bolt

due to the size of the land all the facilities is located at different area which i think have its plus & negative point
