Dear Maxis, As a loyal customers since 199x using prepaid and then postpaid. When call in and discuss with CS officers that I'm interested for getting one plan, disappointed with their reply as they can't offer anything , not even some rebate . As I'm having 4 lines in total including my principle line. Guess Telco companies don't appreciate loyalty.

Those porting out get better deal than loyal customers. Going to port out to Digi soon.

All I hope for now is Maxis to revise their plans again to close the gap with the competitors. E.g. All MOP plans add 2GB or maybe bundle in weekend data, that would make MOP98 look better.
I think MOP98 as an entry plan for MaxisONE isn't attractive enough.

Maxis don't really play around with the pricing, so hoping that for the same price of the current plans, customers can get more from it. Hopefully they won't be too slow to react to competitions this time.

Why would they revise the pricing when they are actually seeing nett again of postpaid customers in the last quarter and their ARPU of more than RM120++ ? Other telcos are throwing prices to gain customers at the expense of ARPU but Maxis remains very profitable with higher ARPU than industry average. It shows their pricing is just about right in the very competitive market, taking into consideration their good customer service. This post has been edited by Chrono-Trigger: Oct 25 2016, 10:38 AM
