For me personally, satiation from eating food depends from person to person.
Even if you say fibre makes you feel fuller, I dont completely agree with that.
For me, a slice of cheese and really helps me feeling full.
Instead of following the fad, try searching for the food that could make you feel more satiated for a longer period of time.
Besides, I dont think the food Konjac thingy is feasible for most ppl cos it must be expensive.
