Hi, I am an amateur Nikon D5100 user. Normally just use auto mode to take pictures. Recently I have been tasked to take pictures for company events, but I found out the lighting (especially indoor events) are not very good.

So, I would like to get an external flash unit (like YongNuo and others) to get better indoor pictures especially.

Can u guys recommend me which brand/model is easier to use and newbie-friendly? I prefer to use auto settings.
