What do u have to say for rental and appreciation for metropark given the following facts:

1. NO commercial, mall or office launched. Only 3 svc apartments launched and 1 international school so far.
2. Phase 1 buyers would need to wait 3+ yrs at least for some form of shops or they would struggle with the surrounding shops (if any) as this is (refer 3.)
3. The highway access is fantastic, but I still feel tht this project is a standalone project as its surrounded by factories, htc n cemetery further away.
4. Nett prices have been on a downward trend in metropark in real terms. There were even discounts given for late buyers tht making it cheaper for them compared to early buyers.
