This part a bit fail coz stuck in the industrial zone there. Behind there got many kilangs. Also no slip road connecting to the other part of Subang Jaya like SS19. If from this location can use inside road masuk other parts of Subang Jaya and USJ very nice edi. I hate to depend on packed federal highway all the time.

This is why i dunwan commit to 30-35 ysars buy own home.
Maybe first 5 years or 10 years syiok stay certain place.

But after certain years the environment change. From manageable traffic to jam like fuark.

Road From mostly passenger vehicles to now full of lorries and trailers….

Things change so fast within few years time
