This property cannot buy la, no commercial whatsoever and Tropicana Corporation as a whole not on par with other big developers.

You suka you buy bro, When developer offer so much rebates it meant they are not selling well. From my opinion can be due to several reasons:

1. Pricy with no public transports walking distance.
2. Only close to Federal Highway
3. No commercial yet if you want to find food need to go USJ or SS area
4. I think you can find better one at Bangsar or somewhere nearer to KL Sentral for around the same price

+1, Sime Darby as a developer is much better also in terms of service and build quality.
