This is what government wants. Developers to reduce the price. For me.... I simply think Tipucana mispriced the first two blocks and now they have no rooms to move. Nor their balance sheet allow them to hold their launches.

Developers like SPSetia will hold off the launches if they found it saturated with supplies and will focus on other products or township..

Looking at layout, the practicality and design is so so... even for the 1+1 bedder, the proportion of living and dining (and width X length) is weird and owner will struggle to fit in furniture.

But I think from rm438k quoted for 600sqft... many will bite.
