Paisley ? It's sound like "PRICEY" ... I wonder metropark why put such name ? It's hard to pronounce ...ppl can't read or pronounce it well especially in Malaysia. Lolz

Sorry bro. Uncle not good in English. The price is not very high compare to Paloma. My previous SA told me it was just slightly increased. Hopefully this time they give air-con and water heater like Paloma. Better partial furnish with hood & hub. I believe with this , ppl will rush to buy !

I was told the layout has changed to 610sqft (1+1 bedroom) , selling rm 430k nett only. Not bad for a freehold in Subang Jaya as its a great township + Central Park + Gem international + 1m sqft shopping mall.

It's bared unit. 972sqft (2+1 bedroom) Stating floor 3a is around 730psft nett after rebate with 2 carpark Side by side. Higher floors more expensive lo....

That's very good point . Conclusion, this Paisley still can buy as they didn't really increase the price based on current soft market . The layout pretty good ,2+1 and given 2 side by side parking. Metroplex mostly need to wait till next year 2nd quarter as per developer staff. But the highway link and Central Park has completed soon !! rclxm9.gif
