1. Wait until the contract over (recommended)
2. Pay the damages and get a new one. (Least recommended)
3. Keep the contract and get a new contract with Celcom (Provided someone in the family has no telco plan)
4. Buy the iPhone without contract. (Best recommended if he really can't wait)

I guess we have no choice but to wait.

No. I was in Penang 2 years ago. So the route was Sepang--> Shah Alam --> Penang.

Check your email. Apple has sent you an invoice through the email as attachment (in Teh form of PDF format).
Open the attachment, then you will find your serial number in bracket on the description.

Seems like my phone has arrived. But I'm not at home

Just opened mine. I have not seen any gross physical defect. Now I'm restoring my data. I've yet to hear any hiss sound so far.

The first day using my iPhone 7, the battery ran from 100% at 7.30am to 34% at 8pm.
I felt okay with this as my iPhone 6 Plus also had similar battery drainage.

I'm super lucky.
I've never had such issue with mine.

Mine is ip7 128gb matte black version from apple onlien store Malaysia. It was sent as 1st batch when they open the order there.
