I notice banks are now updating their credit/debit card to support paywave, paving for apple/android pay soon, maybe?

QUOTE(denzel88 @ Oct 27 2016, 02:06 PM) maybe. banks will need to collaborate with Apple to get Apple Pay rolling. Also, banks need to pay Apple for using Apple pay. I think per transaction based. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204274"Are there additional fees to accept Apple Pay? No. Apple doesn't charge any additional fees." |

QUOTE(ampy @ Oct 27 2016, 03:23 PM) for user not need to pay additional fees That link is Answer for merchant, not user.but for merchant they still have to pay MDR to apple since they using their service just like visa and master. and this is why not much country rolling out apple pay locally, maybe they still need to discuss bout the transaction rate within bank, merchant and apple |
