Called up Gemfive again. Klang Valley customers today might get theirs. Depending on the delivery van.

Of not delivered by today, they will rearrange for courier service. Zzz

I've read somewhere using the 1A charger will charge the the 7+ from zero to 100 in roughly 3 hours.

Using the Ipad 2.1A charger might shorten the time a little.

Anyone try this?

IPhone sold and fulfilled by Gemfive is actually handled by many other 3rd party resellers
So one delivery will depend on sellers efficiency and a doubt too whether they really have stock on hand?
I guess any free gifts will be different too between them if they are any free stuffs
This was told to me by Gemfive support staff few days back
Ask and you will be informed name of the seller
So those who bought from Gemfive do call them yourself to enquire. You cannot compare with other buyers experience here

they still can provide you estimated timeline, while their reply to me is depend on seller , wait seller update system then only will trigger email and shipped out the item..

Just got a call from gemfive.

Apparently my unit was not sent out at all on Friday, Saturday or even today.

They apologized and said they will send out my unit tmr.

Merchant kept my phone in their warehouse all this while...

When asked why didn't they use courier, merchant was worried parcels were swapped / stolen.

Seriously, this merchant needs to be shot.

Just got my set from G5. Mine is week 40.

Got my iphone from gemfive this afternoon

No hissing issue, but spotted a small dot like dead pixel on top of the screen.

For those who is doubt on the warranty, YES, u can send your phone to any authorized service center.

I went to Switch service center this afternoon, and they are willing to accpet and replace a new unit to me. Problem is, need to wait 2-4wks due to shortages.

I decided not to get replacement for now, since the black dot is not really visible, it's more like a dust stick on the screen.

Since the device doesnt happen hissing gate, i will continue to use without case/screen protector, until the last month of warranty period, then only claim a refurbish set with cosmetically new
