Received my Gemfive purchase today at 3.30pm. Very happy but for the whole day, my phone couldn't make calls.

But I can receive calls.
Tried several steps online but still fail,
Restart
on off airplane mode
Remove and insert simcard....haiz

Yes, 10.0.1 as well. Updated it to 10.0.2

I can receive call and use 3G/4G.

Do update us on this matter. But it's not really disturbing me as I can hear it when I put the phone close to my ears

Anyone having problem with the lightning headphone?
Mine on my 7+ 10.0.3 seems to have problem on the lightning head itself.
It will auto play music, fast forward, next, previous n etc. What I did is unplug the headset n turn to the other side then it's working fine.
Not sure is my phone's lightning port problem or the headset

Haha.. sent my defected lightning headphones for warranty. Plug in to any iPhone, iPad, iPod with lightning port also will go crazy, auto play music,fast forward, activate siri.

For hissgate, can claim the warranty and ship from Singapore. But currently low in stock in Singapore so the service advisor told me to wait first.

Yea, the Machines Service Centre KLCC told me it wont be a refurbished unit as well, it will get new one directly from Singapore. He told me to wait first since no stock.
