iPhone 7 has only the hissing sounds as far as I know, if there are other problems it's probably isolated. The Note 7 on the other hand is defective and affects all units. They aren't rectifying the issue, they have completely discontinued it.

As for buying from Senheng, yes, no problems whatsoever purchasing from them, only stocks may be limited.

Ok, I didn't realize Samsung discontinued Note 7 as in not fixing the issues. How sad.  Oh well, there is always Note 8 next year.

why this year seems , two flagship phone samsung and apple ,
the Samsung note 7 and also iphone 7  has alot of problem ,
seems have to wait for another year to change phone :-(

For those who want change your iPhone due to the hissing problem, please be check and double confirm that your phone is change to a complete new and seal unit with the box or claim warranty and change to a refurbished unit without box.

If the hissing problem is at acceptable level, it is better to continue use it instead of change to a refurbished unit.

First during pre-order time - "where got stock a?", "can xxx reseller reliable ar?", "can do EPP?"

then during waiting period - "xxx said delivery today but nowhere been seen?", "still stuck at xxx, status no update"

when some got their phone, it has 2 parts -

1st part: this is for those who planning to buy/still waiting their iphone to arrive:
- "where you bought? still got stock?" "is the xxx discount voucher can be use?", "can someone update me xxx colour still available?"

- "got hissgate a?", "pls confirmed if got hissgate"

2nd part: those who got the phone:

- "hissgate very loud when i put my ear near logo, is it normal?", "wah, why screen so yellowish?"

is there anyway for them to get us a new unit? Switch service center in penang just keep asking us to send it back for checking and they do not take the box and cables.

If you return via Apple online store returns, they will supply you with a brand new unit box and everything.

If you go to Apple authorised svc it is considered under warranty exchange and they will give you a new unit, but the serial number will differ from that of your original box.
