cant anyone clarify is E-SIM currently only for huawei watch ?

Huge disappointment with maxis because of their recent Ctos implement , I been using maxis for the past 6 years , was on zerolution plan all the time and never missed a single payment . This year abit special because I plan to change the iphone before my zerolution contract finish . So few days before the launch day I walk in to IPC maxis center and enquire since my contract due on next year , they review my account and tell me if I terminate and pay the penalty fees 2700 I m eligible to take the next zerolution plan right on that day . So i paid on the spot and wait for the launch day .

Yesterday I went to TTDI maxis center at 8am , proceed with the phone plan , the sales guy tell me I m not eligible to get the zerolution plan , because my ctos rating on tier 4 ( I don’t own any loans , any credit card , zero debts ) .

End up I pay 4.4K for the device and I cannot claim my company anymore because my company needs monthly bill to claim . Total cost of the phone was 7.1k ... it’s good that they review their customer before proceeding with plans but for past 6 years my record was perfect , I think this is not acceptable for me .

No choice , I want the new phone 🤩🤩

Agreeeee ! Before this I had spoken to 123 , and they say I m eligible , end up reach store they say my ctos not eligible , I quickly pull up my ctos report which I bought 3 weeks ago and show him . They end up say because I didn’t have any on going loan and credit cards so they cannot track my payment consistency .....what logic is this ?

ordered 13PM 256gb with maxis share line 48 package , no payment collected on website , current status show " Pick And Packed " , do i have to prepare for advance payment ?
