Any maxis staff here can share if there will be a Zerolution/Zerolution replacement program for iPhone coming soon?

On my 6+ 64gb, free space had been hovering around 29-32gb even after 3 years of usage. Regularly cleaning up unwanted photos/videos and whatsapp 'spams' helps keep the storage free space healthy.

Anyone heard any insider news bout zerolution for iphone? been quiet these days..

This really defeats the purpose of having Zerolution if need to pay huge advance payment. Might as well get normal contract, pay less some more.

Dropped by Maxis center just now after dinner wanted to find out more, here's what I understand from the staff's explanation...

Advance payment has to be paid via Credit card (0% EPP available), so subscriber pay the bank via 12/24 months installment.
The Advance Payment amount will then be deducted from your monthly bill. (the same 24 months contract applies for Zerolution plan)

The way i look at it, customer now owe the bank and not maxis. Maxis 'protected' from customer 'running away' with their iphones since they already got their money from the bank.

That's true, that's why i see this as protecting Maxis against their past bad experience. Good thing i see is Advance payment has EPP option, so no need pay 2.5k/3.5k one shot.

For Zerolution (Android), we pay maxis every month.
For Zerolution (iPhone), we pay Bank every month (Either 12 or 24 months thru EPP). No need pay for Maxis since it will be deducted/rebated from Advance payment.

But have to put all this in a spreadsheet to get the bigger picture...

If you are taking iPhone X 64gb, you pay 4500 to bank (Can be EPP or Full payment, 12 vs 24 months installment).
Your Maxis monthly bill is 128+153+GST= 297.86. You dont have to pay anything up til 15th month as Maxis rebate 4.5k from your monthly bills.

Hope my understanding is correct, best you walk in to Maxis store to ask more

Actually quite a lot of confusions over this also, the staff couldnt explain clearly and the supervisor had to check alot of things from her laptop before able to answer my questions

Anyone know for maxis customer on existing zerolution contract, can terminate 1 month earlier if want to sign up to iphone 11 zerolution?

Did maxis say can re-contract up to how many months earlier before current zerolution contract finish?
