Same case happen on me . When i ask from downgrade at center 158 -> 128 maxis one plan . They ignore me with simply put out policy issue. Bla3 .

I change to 128 when i pre order. The case go smooth and hassle free at all. ( my 158 contract end this november 16 ) . 1month left .

So .... will they back charge me ? 🤔
