Anyone else on Maxis find that certain apps don't work on Mobile Data?

Its because of their crappy implementation of IPv6. I keep having to toggle Airplane mode to get an IPv4 before I can get a connection.

When i selected the iPhone and plan then add to cart, once i filled in the info and validate, nothing happen. Anyone face this problem?

Could be an error in the system that's not clear that's why online couldn't process your order, try to call 123 to see what's going on with your account, if there's any error or pending updates etc

I think if he has an active contract, the system will show that he has a contract on going.. he mentioned nothing happen on screen though..

No, i do not have any ongoing contract. My last contract ended almost 3 years ago.

Yup, managed to get it sorted out but after that, someone ordered the last unit while i was close to making payment on maxis online store sweat.gif

More like waiting for delivery to be available instead of in-store collection cuz if u see my post on iPhone 13 pro/pro max thread, that's the problem I'm facing with maxis sweat.gif

I would like to self collect for sure but my principle line is under my father's account because my line used to be a sub line when i was a kid, been a maxis user for over 20 years. In order for me to self collect, my father needs to be present and my father recently had surgery so he is not convenient to move around just yet. So my only option right now is to wait for delivery to open for iPhone 13 pro through maxis online store, regular iPhone 13 already can opt for delivery.
Maxis doesn't give a shit about loyal customers.
