I got mine through Zerolution but didn’t require any advance payment. I had to pay for that the previous year. AFAIK, you need a credit card to pay for it.

Try walk in to maxis centers they might have some ready stocks, don't wait for them to call you..

Registered for interest for almost 1 month yet I have not heard from Maxis!

Walking in Maxis store to store (eg. IPC, TTDI, Sunway, Kepong, The Garden) to check yet no luck!!!

All I’m asking is just an IPhone 13 Pro 256gb, open for Graphite or Silver. Seriously I am starting to get pissed with Maxis now!!!

I checked out the store at IPC about once a week and every single time they have some stocks available for 128/256..last check was Tuesday they had a few in the store...

try to go early in the morning around 10 ish when their stores open.. higher chance imo

Those are not Maxis Centre. Maxis Centre offers all kind of service for existing and new customer.

Maxis Exclusive Partner is different. Their signboard are the big maxis signboard, but they are just a dealer and not Maxis Centre. For dealer they will do their own marketing to boost their sales that benefit them, such as only offer for new number sign up, or offer PWP with the iPhone, can't just get the phone only but must bindle with accessories. Some even said the more PWP u agree to bundle, the faster you will get the phone. It's like add on more like AirPods Pro, Apple Watch , casing etc, the more you agree to spend, they will help you to jump queue so when stock arrive will call you to let u buy first.

Those with all these additional T&C definitely not the "real" Maxis Centre but just a dealer only. Maxis Centre can offer all type of contracts no matter existing number or new sign up as long as they have available stock.

Avoid those greedy dealer if can. Just get the iPhone for the way that you comfortable with and don't just simply agree to those additional request from the dealer.

I would never sign any contracts with maxis partners, after causing all the problems to me years ago..where my info were no where to be found in official maxis HQ systems..finally found the issue with maxis partners using old systems while maxis official centers uses updated systems..its exhausting dealing with them, with all the follow up calls/ updates/ etc etc.

been going to maxis official centers for the last few years and never had any troubles with them.. call 123 on your maxis mobile to find out where are the nearest maxis centers around you..
